A cyberpunk megablock of capsule apartments, local markets, ruined amenities, gangs, and hidden mysteries forms a city within the city. Residents, corporations, and law enforcement struggle over its desperate communities and scarce resources. This setting supplement provides more than 36 cults, corporate groups, and gangs, along with narrative complications, hundreds of locations and NPCs, and 20 starting scenarios to involve player characters in the district.
