A supplement for the BASH Ultimate Edition role-playing game that adds options for developing distinctive heroes and villains. It includes seven new Advantages, thirteen new Disadvantages, and additional Enhancements and Limitations, along with rules for the powerful Relic Advantage. Four example characters demonstrate how these options can give established character concepts new abilities and complications.
