The Adventurer's Handbook: A Guide to Role-Playing Games
This fantasy role-playing game lets players create characters and guide them through an imaginary world inspired by Tolkien, Le Guin, Moorcock, Arthurian legend, or their own settings. Players can take the roles of kings, princesses, dragons, and other characters while exploring, conquering, and seeking wealth. The book provides a core set of rules for creating heroes, building a game world, and resolving adventures, using a system similar to but simpler than Basic Role-Playing.
