The Anvil of Time
For four 5th-level characters, this role-playing scenario takes place in an ancient complex where time-travel devices were built millennia ago. The characters discover an entry portal, but the exit portal is not properly powered. To escape, they must operate the complex’s central device and travel through three periods of the past, realigning the stones that power it.
