The Balladeer
A player character class for Dungeon Crawl Classics, centered on music, performance, and social influence. It includes rules for Inspiring Presence, which improves another character’s Deed Die, and Words of Inspiration, which grants Luck in a way distinct from Halfling abilities. Balladeers also gain the thief-like Convince Person and Distraction skills, allowing them to influence others and assist allies with their own sneaky abilities. A dedicated equipment table uses a copper standard.
