This adults-only horror bestiary expands a post-apocalyptic Japan campaign setting with more than 200 creatures drawn from folklore, history, anime-inspired concepts, and original designs. It details monsters inhabiting the Tottori Sand Dunes, Tokyo’s crowded megacities, and the skies above them, including demons, kaiju, biomechanical entities, mecha, alien Battlechangers, and predatory human threats. Entries support encounters for characters of varying experience, from low-level Oni Dregs and Black Issunboshi to powerful kaiju such as Namazu and planet-shattering dragons.
