The Blackguard Player Class

A sinister defender class channels arcane power through a pact with a mighty supernatural creature. Blackguards use magic to hold enemies within reach, empower their attacks, and confound foes with unexpected spells, ranging from savage killers to ambitious schemers. The class offers demonic, draconic, primordial, and shadow pacts, each with distinct abilities and a corresponding paragon path. The 23-page color supplement includes powers for every level, 22 feats, three magic items, rules for transforming a paladin into a blackguard, and guidance for creating NPC blackguards.
