The Bleak Harvest
This horror-themed fantasy adventure takes place in Willowbrook Sanitarium, where patients fall victim to an unseen menace and a servant of madness prepares them for a sacrificial ceremony. Players investigate the sanitarium’s secrets, rescue a captive duke, and lead a group of patients in an attempt to stop the ritual. Designed for 8th- to 9th-level characters, the adventure can be added to an existing Pathfinder or Fifth Edition campaign. It includes mature themes, mental illness, adult situations, morally compromising choices, and possible loss of character control.
