The Blighted Bestiary
This supplement presents new monsters, minions, creature templates, and stat blocks for use with blight elves and other fantasy settings. The creatures are bred and twisted by blight elves into servants designed to spread misery, with many enduring constant physical and psychological torment. The material is intended for Narrators to adapt for different encounters and campaigns.
