The Burning Temple

A legendary temple stands on a fungus-shaped platform in the center of an active volcano, protected from its heat and poisonous gases by the obscure deity known as the Burning One. The temple’s priests send the Burning Angels to kidnap people from nearby lands and force them to serve in its dungeons, where most quickly succumb to the volcanic fumes.
