The Carnival of Rats
An insidious fae infestation spreads through the cities of Creation, luring inhabitants with promises of eternal revelry. Through faerie bargains, nightmarish diseases, and vile mutations, the raksha lord behind the Carnival gradually consumes entire populations. Players take the roles of Exalted heroes who investigate the corruption, unravel its schemes, and confront the entity before the city is left an empty ruin.
