The City
This supplement adapts city statistics for modern action adventures, focusing on how urban features affect play. It explains how to use population, infrastructure, politics, and other details to determine the scale of terrorist threats, opportunities for bribery, available rooftop routes, and police response. It also includes six ready-to-use locations, ranging from a logging camp to a megalopolis, for car chases, infiltrations, shootouts, and other action scenarios.
