The Collective
A narrative roleplaying game about five friends sharing a home over the course of a year. Players explore friendship, relationships, jealousy, parties, exams, and the everyday tensions of communal living. Guided by a game master, players shape the story through character and narrative scenes, using photographs as prompts to focus on emerging conflicts. The story unfolds across four acts, one for each season, with a significant event at the end of each act that can bring the residents closer together or test their relationships. The group ultimately determines whether the collective thrives or falls apart.
