The Compass of Celestial Directions, Vol. III: Yu-Shan
This setting supplement explores Yu-Shan, the Celestial City and home of the gods in the Exalted setting. Built by the Primordials and claimed by the gods after the Primordial War, the continent-sized city is governed by a vast, corrupt bureaucracy and remains the province of the Sidereal Exalted. It details the Celestial Bureaucracy, its resources and dangers, and provides material for campaigns set in the city, including numerous gods and other celestial figures. It also examines how the return of the Solar Exalted may challenge the existing order.
