The Curse of Duke Cromwell
A short Shadowdark adventure for level 4 characters, set in a shunned manor deep in the Hollow Woods. Folklore tells of an accursed kinslayer who still haunts the estate, but exploration may reveal the truth behind the old tragedy. Characters search the manor for treasure while uncovering the fate of a woman and her children, and can perform heroic deeds by granting the dead a proper burial and bringing long-delayed justice.
