The Dark Heart Tree
An adventure for Old-School Essentials characters of levels 2–4, set in a tropical region known as the Land of the Black Trees. The area is haunted by unexplained voices, disappearances, and abandoned sites. The adventure includes a regional hexmap with four locations, including a mini-dungeon, as well as the Well, the Monolith, and the Inverted Stairs. Players explore the forest, use the Moving Trees mechanic, and face a new creature: the Dark Heart Tree, with complete statistics and an original illustration.
