The Dragonbound Core Class
This sourcebook presents a 20-level core class for fantasy roleplaying campaigns: the Dragonbound, a knight defined by an empathic bond with a powerful dragon steed. Characters gain a loyal companion that greatly increases their damage, mobility, endurance, and battlefield presence, making the class an intentionally unbalanced option compared with fighters, barbarians, paladins, and rangers. The class emphasizes honorable combat and an exalted role in a nation's military, while its connection to a dragon supports multiclassing into paladin or blackguard.
