The Drowned
A waterlogged monstrosity inspired by classic undead horrors, it attacks by stealing the breath from its victims’ lungs. It is presented as an encounter for fantasy roleplaying games, with the creatures anchored underwater and restricted to a defined range to limit their danger to swimming characters. They can also be placed in other locations as needed.
