The Emergency Villain Collection
A collection of nine ready-to-play villains for fantasy roleplaying adventures, each with complete statistics, background, motivations, henchmen, treasures, and methods of defeat beyond combat. The adversaries include a disguised brawler, goblin caretaker, shapeshifting serial killer, deceived hero, exiled fey alchemist, winter ghost, shoggoth-powered pirate crew, otherworldly assassin, and rampaging treant ranger. Each villain can serve as a standalone encounter or the driving force behind an adventure. Encounters range from CR 4 to CR 15, with guidance for scaling them to CR 20 and beyond.
