The Feds: New Orleans City Card
Break the syndicate in New Orleans. This city card introduces special setup and rules for criminals, utility tokens, and siren tokens. Locations begin with six criminals, utility tokens, and a random siren token. Field agents can trigger an arrest, while players compete for control of locations to claim utility tokens and score their values. Additional clarifications cover infiltrating special agents and drawing criminals during patrols.
