The First Year of Our Reign
This supplement collects and reorganizes material for a roleplaying setting of epic rulers, clashing cultures, and political factions. It includes a setting gazetteer, cultural information, and rules for refining the capabilities of nations, families, and cabals. Players and game masters find expanded combat options, many Esoteric Disciplines, guidelines for creating new magical schools and spells, and procedures for generating culturally detailed characters from several setting cultures. The book also adds unusual creatures, locations, and other setting details.
