Strange earthquakes trouble the town of Daern Kelton and Roslof Keep as the Ivory Scimitar establishes itself as a Mithel Company. The campaign continues with an adventure set in the second level of the Dungeon of the Black Fey Mithelvarn, where the company explores lost secrets and faces new threats. The set includes the NR2 Daern Kelton gazetteer with a new monster entry and guidance for running the dungeon, along with the ROS2 Beneath Roslof Keep adventure booklet and a removable cardstock cover featuring interior color maps.
