The Forgotten Temple of Baalzebul
An ancient subterranean temple once served a sect devoted to Baalzebul, an arch devil of Hell. Centuries later, the Order of the Black Lotus seeks to revive the forgotten cult and unite with its undead servants. Designed for 4–6 characters of levels 13–15, this adventure includes a detailed key and maps for the temple’s three underground levels, along with rules for worshiping Baalzebul, a new spell, and a new monster.
