A space-based superhero roleplaying setting presents a universe threatened by a mad god, corrupt space police, exterminating machine empires, and ruthless pirates. With the forces of order and good scattered and retreating, player characters take on the role of heroes defending civilized worlds. The book provides character options, organizations, starship statistics, adventure hooks, and guidance for running a cosmic supers campaign. References to the Stark City setting are included, but familiarity with it is not required.
