A setting sourcebook and adventure for Mutants & Masterminds, this book details Starhaven, an ancient alien ruin on Europa where survivors attempt to build a new civilization amid the remnants of cosmic collapse. It includes a gazetteer, maps, characters, alien cultures, dangerous monsters, and threats such as the Brine, the Children of Chrysalis cult, and the machinations of Star Khan. Three alien supervillains and the complete Siege of Starhaven adventure provide additional material for heroes exploring the city's dangers and mysteries.
