The Hand of Sin
A mysterious killer known as Shou Tzin, or the Hand of Sin, stalks the streets of Emerald City’s Eastern District. After several gangsters are found dead, players investigate the stranger’s identity, his connection to a powerful figure from the community’s homeland, and the motive behind the killings.
