It includes new archetypes, equipment, feats, spells, traits, and building options for incorporating harrow themes into characters and campaigns. The book presents rules for creating character backgrounds and motivations with harrow cards, performing readings with alternate spreads, and using lost cards discovered in ancient tombs or hoards. It also describes card games played in parlors and gambling dens throughout the setting.
