The Heartstaff
This short supplement introduces a legendary psicrystal staff for manifesters and their psicrystal companions. The item grows with its wielder as new abilities are unlocked, enhancing the companion’s psionic capabilities over time. It includes the staff’s history, attunement requirements, abilities, and rules for using legendary items.
