The Hollow Tower
An abandoned, partially built metropolis rises from the desert, centered on a 150-story tower that was meant to be its crown jewel. Officially, the project was abandoned as too expensive, but rumors suggest a secret military laboratory still occupies the upper levels. Players take the roles of scavengers and spies who enter the unfinished tower in search of hidden technology, valuable resources, and evidence of the weapons program.
