The Hook Mountain Massacre
The Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path continues as heroes aid the surviving rangers of Fort Rannick, which has been overrun by violent Hook Mountain ogres. They must retake the fort before it becomes a base for further attacks while investigating the ogres’ connection to the mysterious Sihedron Rune and rumors of a giant army gathering for war. This volume includes an adventure for 7th-level characters, advice and encounters for commanding a keep, a gazetteer of Varisia with wandering monsters, the third installment of the Pathfinder’s Journal, and six new monsters.
