A role-playing game of Victorian villains set in late Victorian London, with a focus on Whitechapel during the time of the infamous Jack the Ripper murders. It includes rules for running the game and creating characters, with attributes generated differently from the original Black Hack rules. Characters advance to a maximum of level five.
