The Job

Players assemble a crew of specialists and plan a high-stakes theft, targeting items such as gems, art or crown jewels. The game splits into a Preparation phase where the team designs the heist and individual players fill out their roles and contingencies, and an Action phase where the plan is executed. Resolution uses a physical unstable dice stack: successful actions add to progress while failed rolls risk toppling the stack and triggering complications that can ruin the job. The rules cover character creation, referee guidance, sample heist briefs and optional ways to integrate the scenario into longer campaigns.
