The King in Code
A beginner-friendly Shadowrun scenario set in 2075 Seattle, where a seemingly routine night-watch job for Horizon Corporation leads into a cosmic horror crisis. A strange broadcast is leaking from the depths of the Matrix, and the runners must investigate the unsettling events surrounding Horizon Flicks. The scenario combines cyberpunk action with Cthulhu Mythos horror and requires at least one hacker and one combat specialist. No prior knowledge of the Mythos is needed. It is designed for Shadowrun 5th Edition, with Quick-Start Rules and Standard versions available, and runs for approximately 4–6 hours.
