The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – Nightmare Decks: The Black Riders
Three linked twenty-card Nightmare setups intensify the three scenarios from the original Black Riders saga expansion. Each deck replaces parts of the encounter deck and adds new setup rules that make enemies more persistent and threat more acute. The Nazgûl are a recurring force throughout, joined by new encounter cards that force difficult choices, resource strain, and escalating doom. Cards introduce campaign-wide consequences when used in Campaign Mode, creating lingering effects that follow players through subsequent scenarios.
