Players continue a frantic pursuit through the ruined city streets as the scenario shifts into a harsher, Nightmare Mode version. The encounter deck is reshaped with tougher foes, more hazardous locations, and new treachery effects that increase pressure and urgency. Gameplay emphasizes tighter time pressure and more aggressive enemy behavior, forcing players to balance travel, questing, and combat under heightened threat. New encounter cards and setup instructions replace or augment the original scenario to create a consistently more punishing and suspenseful city chase.
