The Man Downstairs
Tenants at 224 Lenox Avenue discover that a reclusive neighbor named Josef Voorzanger has been hiding in the building for more than forty years. As his failing wards allow a supernatural entity to return and collect on an old bargain, investigators hired by the building’s owners search the apartments and uncover what happened. Players work to find Josef and confront the threat before the Man with Lightning Flowers arrives.
