A reference book for the Victory System that collects the Merits and Flaws introduced in the core rulebook and later supplements, including options from Alternate Victory One, Beasts of Victory, The Powers Companion, and Vampiric Victory. It also includes rules for adapting existing Merits and Flaws or creating new ones from scratch, with guidance on changing names and modifying their effects for a campaign.
