This racial supplement adapts the Muse from Remarkable Races for the Cerulean Seas campaign setting. It introduces the morgen, a peaceful pseudo-merfolk from the Sea of Dreams who can ease fears and draw others toward their desires, providing an aquatic option for adventuring parties.
