The Mouther
A former wizard has become an otherworldly creature whose many mouths conceal a single mind. He spreads corruption through cities, using coercion, violence, magical manipulation, and devoted cultists to secure a laboratory for his experiments. His research requires him to align with multiple planes and advance dangerous arcana, while his lingering human vices drive him toward excess and control.
