This roleplaying sourcebook presents the return of Professor Muerte, presumed dead after an attack that destroyed his armor, technology, wealth, and island fortress. Reborn as Muerte, he reforms Terror Inc. to pursue vengeance against former traitors and other enemies. The compilation collects the publisher’s material in one volume, including profiles of characters, vehicles, and allies, along with adventure ideas for campaigns centered on Muerte and Terror Inc.
