The characters explore the underground base, confront mutants of terrestrial and extraterrestrial origin, and oppose a sinister cult seeking answers in the night sky. This 3rd-level adventure combines post-apocalyptic exploration with UFO conspiracy themes, featuring a detailed secret government installation and new campaign information.
