The Nth Degree
A desperate scientist asks the crew to infiltrate a high-security government laboratory on the frozen planet Burnham and steal a forbidden Precursor artifact to save her dying daughter. The mission involves navigating deadly robot patrols, bypassing security systems, and weighing the moral and legal consequences of defying interstellar law. Capture means execution, while failure leaves the child without hope. This short science-fiction adventure is designed for use with Cepheus Engine, Cepheus Deluxe, and Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game rules, and can be adapted to other 2D6 systems.
