A supernatural villain team for Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition, led by Springheeled Jack, a would-be demon seeking to collect 1,313 souls and unlock his full power. The group includes ghosts, witches, shapeshifters, and other ruthless mercenaries. The supplement provides game statistics, character relationships, standees, artwork, adventure ideas, and two non-player characters to support an adventure. It also includes Hero Lab portfolios and character art in the PDF. The sinister themes are intended for older teens and up.
