This alternate-history supplement presents a Soviet super-team formed in 1941 to oppose Nazi super-soldier forces. It details nine metahuman heroes, including Red Hammer, Night Witch, Ice Fang, Trans-Siberian Express, and Sovi-Ape, along with their wartime struggle on the Eastern Front. The material supports BASH superhero roleplaying in a World War II setting, or as a Soviet team operating during the Cold War. It provides an alternate reality in which the Soviet Union possesses metahumans.
