The Phoebe Trust
The Phoebe Trust is founded by survivors of unethical experiments that awakened psychic abilities. The organization rescues psions from black-site laboratories and helps them rebuild their lives after corporate experiments end, offering safety and community among others like them. It presents an alternate take on psions within a parallel dimension of the Trinity Continuum.
