The Pit in the Forest
A mysterious pit has appeared in Claine Forest near Padduck Village. Though its bottom remains visible, anyone who climbs inside is dragged beneath the surface by unseen hands. A necromancer enters the forest in search of the pit, hoping to gain protection from death. The player characters may become involved in this dangerous old-school fantasy adventure, intended for five or six 2nd-level characters or slightly fewer 3rd-level characters.
