The Protectorate Petition
The copaxis, an alien species from Near Space, petition the Pact Worlds for protectorate status. As members of a delegation reviewing the request, the PCs explore ancient copaxi ruins and investigate the species’ history. Their findings determine whether they support the petition or uncover evidence that casts it into doubt.
