The Pythian Congress
A collection of ten characters for games about Scions in Philadelphia, where the Pythian Congress coordinates the activities of numerous divine descendants and prevents conflicts between them. The characters can also be used in other settings where Scions gather. One character is a Scion of Liber, with basic information about the deity included.
