The Quarry Quandary
A fantasy adventure scenario for 4 to 6 player characters of levels 6 to 8, compatible with first-edition rules and most retro-clones. The party arrives at a mountain mining village devastated after an ettin mystic and a small chaotic army seize the nearby quarry in search of a rare cold iron meteorite. The adventurers must aid the surviving villagers, confront the invaders, and explore the mine, where the slain miners have been raised as undead thralls. The adventure is set among abandoned workings, an ancient quarry, and the wilderness surrounding the village.
