The Radiance Adventure Engine

A system-neutral supplement for playing tabletop roleplaying games as solo adventures, or for generating side quests and complete adventures for a group. It works with any setting, genre, or RPG system and uses cards as story prompts. In standard mode, players create a Core Adventure Problem and guide one or more heroes through an eight-stage, four-act narrative. Story and Detail cards shape each stage, while Path cards present branching directions and system-agnostic mechanics. Players choose their heroes’ actions and resolve them using the dice or cards from their chosen RPG.
